The 70m2 apartment is located in the old part of Sliema surrounded by traditional and colonial buildings, yet close to many restaurants, bars and clubs – spread along the seaside.

Guests are welcomed to a double-bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower. The living and dining area is serviced by a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, fluffy sofa-bed, cable television and free WiFi.

This property is equipped with air-conditioning in the living area, a ceiling-fan in the bedroom, and heating in the bathroom.

Public transport is easily accessible with the closest bus stop located within 50 metres whilst road-side parking is available free of charge.

Sliema is gemmed with restaurants, bars and pubs. A stroll down the promenade takes you through a variety of international cuisines and local must-visits. If you are looking for that amazing steak, then we recommend dining at Wigi’s Kitchen. During the sizzling Summer evening, The Villa offers an exquisite experience al fresco, overlooking Balluta Bay. We also love the occasional gourmet burgers that have given Badass Burgers their reputation. Ultimately, if you just feel like eating in, Mum’s Pizzeria and Takeaway is just down the road (and they deliver as well).

Sliema offers many options for dining out and enjoying the night, especially in the nearby “party village”, Paceville. However, we recommend to leave some energy to discover some of the amazing activites in the area:

  • Take a jog down the promenade. Bring along your running shoes and enjoy an early morning jog down the Sliema promenade.
  • Harbour Cruise. There are many options to discover the area by sea. The grand harbour cruise is a must, but if you want to impress your partner, there is also a sunset version.
  • During the months of August, Jusy and September, the villagers celebrate 4 festa’s for the patron saints of the locality. Grab a beer at the local bar and enjoy the traditions.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT

The standard check-in time is after 2pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons booked. Children up to the age of 2 are free of charge.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

This apartment has a refundable security deposit of €200 which has to be paid on arrival over and above the rental balance. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, given no damages were made to the apartment.

SMOKING POLICY

This is a non smoking property. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

PETS

Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

INCLUSIVE FEES

Rates include a linen and towel setup per week. Water and 20 units of electricity daily is included in the rental price which covers an average consumption. In case of electricity over-consumption guests will be charged at €0.50 per unit.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.

WATER CLOSET

DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred Euro (€200).

TV & WiFi

TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the booking. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.

AIR CONDITIONING (Heating & Cooling)

The Tenants agree that air conditioning shall not be set below 21 degrees Celsius and heat shall not be set above 26, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. Air Conditioning units shall NOT be left switched on whilst the room or the premises are unoccupied. If it is found that the air conditioning unit has not been switched off before leaving the room or premises, you could be charged up to twenty Euro (€20) a day.

FALSIFIED BOOKINGS

Any Tenants making a booking under false pretense will not be permitted to check in.
