This 200 square meters unique Maltese Townhouse is just that perfect place for your stay if you appreciate large and spacious rooms and prefer central locations enabling you easily reach all different parts of the island either by local transport or hire car.

It offers a comfortable stay for up to 9 persons. The central space on the first floor is a spacious sitting area, leading into an adjacent separate living room, 3 bedrooms (with 2 double and 2 single beds), fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is a 4th bedroom on the ground-floor (with 1 double and 1 single bed) that is opened for groups of 7+ persons. If the 4th bedroom is required by smaller groups than 7 persons, it will be made available for a one-time extra charge of €25.

Linen, towels and other necessities such as soap and shampoo will be provided.

Guests can enjoy all amenities together with large open roof terrace equipped with BBQ facilities and outside furniture. There is also a laundry room available with washing machine.

Secure parking in the garage at the property will be made available for guests who will hire a car for their stay in Malta.

Birkirkara has a very busy shopping centre with many options from where to eat. However, our favourite are just out of the center. We like grabbing a light lunch at Melita Gardens just beside the entrance to San Anton Gardens. Otherwise, we head to the nearby village of Lija for some wine and cheese at Tal-Villagg. In the evening, the local pub-style Four Seasons Club gets generous in both drinks and food.

Birkirkara is located in the heart of the island and within walking distance from your accommodation, you may some of Malta’s nicest spots:

  • Visit the President’s Palace. The public is welcome to visit San Anton Gardens and the Kitchen Gardens. The latter is designed for families with young children.
  • Old Railway Station Garden. Unfortunately, this public garden is not very well kept but it hides some of the last remaining memories of Malta’s Railway history.
  • Visit Villa Francia. The official residence of the Maltese Prime Minister is a well-kept 18th century Villa.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT

The standard check-in time is after 2pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons booked. Children up to the age of 2 are free of charge.

SMOKING POLICY

This is a non smoking property. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

PETS

Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

INCLUSIVE FEES

Rates include a linen and towel setup per week. Water and 20 units of electricity daily is included in the rental price which covers an average consumption.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.

WATER CLOSET

DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred Euro (€200).

TV & WiFi

TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the booking. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.

FALSIFIED BOOKINGS

Any Tenants making a booking under false pretense will not be permitted to check in.
