Marsaskala is a very attractive seaside village with ample options to eat out. Choose from a simple take-away to a’ la carte restaurants with local and international cuisines.
One of our favourites is Zonqor Point Restaurant. It may come across as a bit rough on the edges, but it offers great food. If you are after some fresh fish, try the daily catch at Grabiel. Situated on the promenade, this restaurant is a local must. When looking for a quick bite to eat or a pint of beer to enjoy with friends, we love hanging out at 47 Summer Nights. Adjacent to the children’s playground, this cafe/bar/restaurant is a family favourite.
- Look for St.Thomas Bay. It is small but a great spot to swim and sunbath.
- Visit the Sunday open air market in the neighbouring village of Marsaxlokk. Early risers will enjoy fresh fish and vegetables.
- Hike to Zonqor Point to see the low cliffs with shelving rock ledges.
CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
The standard check-in time is after 2pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons booked. Children up to the age of 2 are free of charge.
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
Rates include a linen and towel setup per week. Water and 20 units of electricity daily is included in the rental price which covers an average consumption. In case of electricity over-consumption guests can purchase additional electricity cards (€20 per card).
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred Euro (Eur200).
TV & WiFi
TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the booking. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
AIR CONDITIONING (Heating & Cooling)
The Tenants agree that air conditioning shall not be set below 21 degrees Celsius and heat shall not be set above 26, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. Air Conditioning units shall NOT be left switched on whilst the room or the premises are unoccupied. If it is found that the air conditioning unit has not been switched off before leaving the room or premises, you could be charged up to twenty Euro (Eur20) a day.
Any Tenants making a booking under false pretense will not be permitted to check in.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und geräumig. In der Küche ist alles zum kochen vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
